We are ready to go . . . finally!!!!!!  We've packed the camper very full and kids are sleeping in there tonight ready to drive away in the morning.  We've got our US History books, ready to learn an incredible amount of history.

  2. We took an 8 1/2 week RV trip across the USA last year (May-July 2011). We went to a good number of the places you are planning to visit. I know you will have a wonderful time. It looks like you have made great plans already but if you would like some input from us, please let us know. We found a great RV park in College Park, MD (Cherry Hill) for our trip to DC. It cost more than other parks but it was well worth it. Very close to the metro & great information.
